Apache Pizza began as a dream shared by three Italian immigrants who arrived in Dublin with nothing but a passion for authentic wood-fired pizza and a family recipe passed down through generations. What started in a small Temple Bar location has grown into Dublin's beloved pizza destination.
Our founders, Maria, Giuseppe, and Antonio, brought with them the traditional techniques learned in their hometown of Naples. They were determined to recreate the authentic flavors of Italy using only the finest imported ingredients and traditional wood-burning ovens.
Today, Apache Pizza stands as a testament to their vision – a place where every pizza is crafted with the same passion and attention to detail as that first pie served in 2015. We remain committed to our roots while embracing the vibrant Dublin food culture.
